MEET OUR MAN CRUSH MONDAY - LATCHENKO

I had the opportunity to speak to a man of talent and extraordinary personality popularly known as Latchenko. Read the interview below and know things you have been dying to know about this young, talented and amazing man. It goes thus;

Bisola Amuda: What's your favourite quote?

Latchenko: Be the best you can be for when your opportunity meets your preparation, it won't meet you with your hands in your pocket.
No man is bound to happiness, if your happy today anticipate the day you would be sad which might in turn coast you tears

Bisola Amuda: Putting a veil on the
various accolades which have been bestowed on you in recent years, we will love to know who Latchenko  is, please tell us about yourself?

Latchenko: Latchenko is a name given to me by friends in high school, I used to play football for the school team with an European football star name on my jersey, Shevchenko. The dawning of an inte school football competition was when my friends coined Lateef which is my Islamic name with Shevchenko, here I am baring a name I tried countless numbers of time to change but it has gained attention and now a brand.

My parents named me Lawal Lateef. Demola is my Yoruba; from a royal family I wont want share on media. I have 3 siblings; first born Kazeem, second born Muibat, I am the third and Latifat is the last born. I find myself as a profound personal with Saturated knows in digital marketing, branding and strategic procurement for brands, though I graduated from tertiary institutions as a Pharmacologist. I see a future in medical industry till I acquire my masters degree in Dermatology and Statistics. I will keep my age to myself since I've refused to grow beards (Anyone that's got remedy for no-beard-growing-syndrome should reach me pls). Latchenko gives love to everyone, always down to learn and ready to lead and not to boss-over.

Bisola Amuda: Could you describe a typical day?

Latchenko: My typical day is a moment spent indoor with my family and having to observe my solat (prayers) with ease.

Bisola Amuda: Tell us about your brand and What inspired you to create your own brand?

Latchenko: Twitter used to be my playing and still my place of fun. 4 years ago in my 100 level days, a friend of mine , Tola, introduced twitter ad and publicity to me which I found fascinating because all I used to get  as compensation then was 'Richards Card' lol don't laugh me. But then I see a bigger picture of the advert I was doing which led to me studying marketing, public relations and branding on my own. Athen Media Credente, a Digital Media Marketing and PR Agency is 3 years and I'm happy and proud to say we are growing better and bigger. I have worked with a couple of successful brands in business and entertainment which I've learnt much more as regarding running a successful company. Zippy Logistics, Truspot FM, Atiku Fabrics, Evergreen NGO, Mavin Records and many more are companies we have worked and partnered with.

Athen Media Credente is a national, public relations agency specializing in media relations, content creation and amplification. Our relentless hustle in helping new media technology, SaaS and marketing/sales enablement companies tell their story yields consistent, focused share of voice – strategically positioning their businesses for the next level of achievement.

Bisola Amuda: So how did you manage school and business together? Since lot of people finds it difficult to multi task

Latchenko: There is a saying that goes "you will get things twice done when you handle singly than when trying to do all at the same time"

This means I do the first thing first. I found a way to even do other things outside my job and study. When you ruined yourself, you will hardly have difficulty executing your to-do list. Time is limited truly but mastering time management skill can save a farmer from dying of stress.

Bisola Amuda: Which do you keep more as friends, the ladies or the guys and please tell us why?

Latchenko: I keep no special friends. I'm filled with free spirit. Whom ever my spirit flows with, I roll with.

Bisola Amuda: With your striking beauty and achievement , it will be fair to say many people will be intimidated to approach you. Is this true?

Latchenko : lol. Even when people tell me Dangote is hard to approach I will say it's a lie. I'm as free as a bird with anybody that's cool around me. I hate being intimidating and it wouldn't be right of to put anyone in that shoe.

Bisola Amuda: What other skills or talents do you have? Is there any you’re putting into good use?

Latchenko: Like I do say, hard work beats talent  with consistency. I can do lot of things but lack of usage has let me list some ability. I can draw, dance, good with desktop design and graphic publishing. I'm a good football player. Other things I haven't discovered yet. Everyone is a being filled with talents, requires a lot of work to see it.

Bisola Amuda: Describe your signature outfit {an outfit that best describes your personality and that you don’t mind wearing every day of the week}?

Latchenko: Neatly sewed Atiku trad wear with cap ( native wears in general)

Bisola Amuda: If you were granted three wishes that will certainly come true, what would you wish for?

Latchenko: Allah can't grant me limitations to my needs. I don't want to bring limitations to my needs and wishes fah.

Bisola Amuda: What was your greatest failure and what did you learn from it?

Latchenko:Greatest failure is not studying Medicine and Surgery Mum actually wanted me to study. And I have learnt that not all the time you get you so desire because Allah has a better plan ahead. I'm seeing the better side and plans he has for me and praying to be lead by him to greater heights

Bisola Amuda: Tell us about your best achievement?

Latchenko: My greatest achievement better be coining my brand Athen Media Credente seconded as being part of the best family in Nigeria Entertainment, Supreme Mavin Dynasty.

Bisola Amuda: What is  your description of an ideal woman?

Latchenko: A supportive Woman that's sees the weakness in his man and stand to be his strength. Not only love.

Bisola Amuda: Are you single and ready to mingle?

Latchenko: I'm not single. I'm in relationship with my future ☺

Bisola Amuda: Kindly tell us something most people don’t know about you?

Latchenko: People often think I snob but I don't. I'm just as shy and simple as a dove.

It's of my great joy I know how to read the Quran but people don't believe or don't want to know I'm a Muslim despite telling my name is Abdulateef , is it hard?

I love beans and agege bread ☺

Bisola Amuda: Where do you see yourself and brand 5 years from
now? What are your personal goals?

Latchenko: My brand and myself are growing enterprises. I see us going public in two years, having an international standard of business coordinates with an office of 40-50 staffs. Growing takes time, I pray for a faster growth.

Bisola Amuda: What's your advise for people who are aspiring to follow your path?

Latchenko: My advice to them is to look out for the best of people that best describe their vision. Emulate, practice and master but never to forget they are to be the new version of the people they learnt from not be exactly like them. Riches are made by cultivating new ideas, mastery of coming up with new ideas can lead to acquisition of wealth. Go get it!
